We would like to make your visit to our display as enjoyable as possible so we’ve developed some tips that will help you get the most out of your time with us!
First of all, you’ll probably want to see the entire show from beginning to end. The show loops continuously and runs nightly from Nov 28th-Dec 31st during the hours posted on the home page.
There is a lot to see and is best enjoyed by getting out of your vehicle. Visitors are encouraged to come up the driveway to get a close up view of all the animation up close. (Many people return because they weren’t able to see it all the first time). The more time you have to spend with us, the more you will get out of the display. The North Pole Dance Club is one focal point as well as the lighted arches and mega tree.
We ask you to keep a few items in mind when you come to visit though.
- Our neighbors are extremely tolerant of our display and the thousands who frequent it each year. We ask you not to block or turn around in their driveways. Also please don’t park in the street or impede traffic flow.
- Several special effects can cause the driveway to become slippery,
especially during inclement weather. Please use caution when visiting.
- Please keep children on designated pathways. There are several trip hazards
and high voltage areas outside the bordered areas.
- We’d like to encourage you to visit with others while at our display. However, If you want to enjoy the festivities without the crowds, visit earlier in the evening. The number of visitors generally increases steadily as the evening goes on and gets busier as Christmas approaches, especially on the weekends..
- The animation portion of the show is 22 minutes long. There is 3 minutes of background music where most of the lights are on steady giving visitors a chance to see everything the display has to offer.
- There are different vantage points on the property. Guests are welcomed to stand back on the sidewalk for a full view of the display and show or you can come up close to view each aspect in detail. However, we ask that you please do not touch the Plexiglas enclosure that houses The North Pole Dance Club.
- Most importantly...ENJOY YOURSELVES AND WE WILL SEE YOU SOON!!!
(Note: There may be rare occasions when the display has to unexpectedly be shutdown because of weather or technical difficulties. If that’s the case, we will have the show back up and running as soon as possible. However, If it will be down for an extended time, we will post updates on the home page of this site advising when the show is expected to return).
